The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Phil Schofield and Paul Tew.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rutger moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Rutger lands a nice shot that snaps Zhuo's head back.
Rutger just misses with a punch to the body.
Rutger looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Rutger on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Rutger tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Zhuo lands with a nice body punch.

Rutger has taken the fight to the clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Rutger's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Zhuo breaks from the clinch.

Rutger has Zhuo up against the cage in a clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rutger lands a right hand.

Rutger breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Rutger takes one on the chin but seems OK.

It looks like Russ Rutger has been cut.

Rutger gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Rutger lands a right hand that snaps the head of Zhuo backwards.

Rutger breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rutger swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Rutger walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Zhuo checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Rutger takes a swing at Zhuo's ribcage but misses.
Zhuo lands with a right hand.
Zhuo moves out of range as Rutger throws a body kick.
Zhuo closes this distance looking for a takedown but Rutger circles away.

Rutger closes the distance and pushes Zhuo back into the cage.
Zhuo tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
A frustrated look appears on Zhuo's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Zhuo jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Rutger walks away with a smile on his face. Zhuo gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Russ Rutger is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Zhuo throws an off balance right hand

and Rutger counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Zhuo's guard now.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rutger trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Rutger works over Zhuo with some ground and pound from guard.
Rutger might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Zhuo tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Rutger throws a big elbow that misses.
Zhuo is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Zhuo had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Rutger defends it easily.

Zhuo is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Rutger frees his head nicely. Oh but Zhuo has switched to an armbar! Rutger is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
