Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between David Lang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gustav Grimwald (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lang comes to the cage accompanied by Ice cream paint job. Grimwald has chosen NoMeansNo - Mr. In Between as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lang fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Grimwald checks it well.
Grimwald thuds his right hand into Lang's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Lang with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Grimwald has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Lang here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
