PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Reza Katebi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yuki Nakai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Yuki Nakai!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Jonathan Paton and Anthony Taglia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nakai is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Nakai misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Reza Katebi.
I think Katebi has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
