Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Young Gu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Obi Ginobili (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Obi Ginobili!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yukihiro Shimada.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ginobili throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gu's waist but Gu gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ginobili off to one side.
Gu looks to land a right hand but Ginobili moved out of range.
Ginobili has his takedown stuffed
and Gu counters with an inside leg kick.
Ginobili uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Gu.
Good exchange - Gu coming out on top.
Gu throws a series of punches but Ginobili moves out of range.
A bone on bone clash there as Ginobili blocks the leg kick.
Gu scores with a jab. Ginobili acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Gu, as that shot connected.
Horrible takedown by Ginobili or perhaps it was just good defense by Gu which made him look bad.
Young Gu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Obi Ginobili.

Gu is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Ginobili's half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Ginobili is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Gu scores with a couple of nice shots.

Gu stops a takedown attempt from Ginobili.
Gu lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gu creates a bit of distance and unloads a huge uppercut that knocks Ginobili out cold! The ref dives in to break up the two fighters! The fight is over!
