Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
17 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jatlier Smokeleaf!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Michael Tritter!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tritter takes a swing at Smokeleaf's ribcage but misses.
Smokeleaf tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Tritter throws out a loose jab but Smokeleaf uses good head movement to avoid it.
A telegraphed right hand from Tritter misses the target.
Tritter feints and then cracks Smokeleaf's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Smokeleaf down.
Smokeleaf shoots in for a takedown but Tritter shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Tritter lands a jab.
Tritter throws out a leg kick but Smokeleaf moves out of range and Tritter only half commits.

Smokeleaf shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tritter pinned against the cage. Tritter gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Smokeleaf feints and as Tritter raises his hands in defense, Smokeleaf changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Tritter had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Smokeleaf defends it easily.
Tritter wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Jatlier Smokeleaf spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
Michael Tritter spoke after the fight, saying 'I want to thank everyone here at UPG for giving me a chance to compete here. I think its time for me to move. My minds wants to continue but my chin wont let it.'.
