Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Axel Whitecoat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keiji Numa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Whitecoat might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Seven Nation Army. Numa has chosen Ladies and Gentlemen as his entrance music. Axel Whitecoat could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Keiji Numa's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Numa throws a series of punches but Whitecoat moves out of range.
Axel Whitecoat seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Whitecoat doesn't manage to clinch there - Numa circles away.
We've been told by Whitecoat's head coaches at Blunt Force Training that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Numa dives in and grabs Whitecoat's left leg, looking for a takedown. Whitecoat pushes down on Numa's head and hops out.

Numa is staying active underneath Whitecoat, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Numa is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Whitecoat's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Whitecoat's back!

That was a close round but I would say that Axel Whitecoat will probably get the nod.
That's time! Whitecoat's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Whitecoat finds Numa's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Numa flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Whitecoat lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Numa will be OK.
