Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kevin Khasm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Norton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Khasm kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Kickstart My Heart. Scott Norton will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khasm tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Norton defends well and Khasm ends up having to push Norton into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Norton stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Khasm has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Norton avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Come on Norton - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

Norton has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Khasm is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Khasm closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Khasm connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Norton some visible discomfort.
Khasm works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

Khasm is trying to get an arm triangle but Norton is defending well.
Khasm misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Khasm postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Norton is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Khasm has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Khasm is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Norton is just riding it out for now. Khasm eventually gives up the hold.

Khasm is holding his hands too far apart here. Norton throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Khasm is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
