The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rotten ducks under a wild hook from Oleg.
Rotten ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Oleg moves away.
Oleg thows a body shot but no joy.
Oleg takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Rotten on the wrong end of a nice jab.
The fight stays on the outside here - Oleg looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Rotten manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Oleg on his heels. He'll look to pass Oleg's guard now, I'm sure.

Oleg has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.
Rotten tries to pass the half guard into mount. Oleg knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Rotten wants to take a breather but Oleg is having none of it.
Oleg is looking to get back to full guard here but Rotten has managed to pass to side control instead.
Rotten will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Oleg is not content to let Rotten control the position.
