Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chrystov Aleksey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Surangel Oiterong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Oiterong's choice of entrance music: American Idiot. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Alyssa Summers and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oiterong looks to land a right hand but Aleksey moved out of range.
Oiterong scores with a hook to the body. Aleksey takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Oiterong misses with a wild body shot.
Aleksey's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Oiterong connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Aleksey scrambles back to his feet.
Aleksey closes the distance and clinches up with Oiterong, looking for a takedown. Aleksey pushes Oiterong against the cage but Oiterong circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Oiterong punishes Aleksey's body with a nice straight punch.
Oiterong dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
We've been hearing reports that Aleksey has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Oiterong comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Aleksey lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Aleksey.
It looks like Surangel Oiterong has been cut.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Aleksey, as that shot connected.
Surangel Oiterong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Oiterong lands with a right hand.
Oiterong scores with the left hand. Aleksey knows he should have avoided that one.
Oiterong takes a swing at Aleksey's ribcage but misses.

Oiterong connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Aleksey momentarily.
Oiterong misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Aleksey.

Oiterong avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Aleksey tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Oiterong defends well and Aleksey ends up having to push Oiterong into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Aleksey pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Aleksey drops his hands momentarily and Oiterong takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Aleksey is rocked!
Oiterong is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Aleksey had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Oiterong misses the jab.
Oh Aleksey is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
BAM! Oiterong delivers a spinning backfist that drops Aleksey like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
