Kukla comes to the cage accompanied by The Eagles - Hotel California. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kukla shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Fokin defends it nicely.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fokin tries to pass to full mount but Kukla defends it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kukla is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Fokin scores with a couple of nice shots.

Fokin has hold of Kukla's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Kukla manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Fokin lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Fokin is landing with some decent strikes but Kukla is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
