The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pokong fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mellia manages to avoid it.
Mellia uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Pokong loads up on a big right hand but Mellia slips the punch.
Pokong throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Pokong tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Pokong swings and misses with a hook to the body.

In his post fight interview, Parvati Mellia started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
