Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jed Masilungan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcelo Garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Masilungan comes to the cage accompanied by Return to Strength. Jed Masilungan is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Daniel Cesar and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Masilungan bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Masilungan cracks Garcia with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Garcia checks a low kick from Masilungan.
Garcia uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Masilungan has time to react.

Garcia swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Masilungan checks a leg kick.
Good leg kick by Masilungan there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Garcia moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

and Garcia counters with a nice double leg into side control. Masilungan won't be happy with that.

Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards Masilungan.

Garcia tries to escape the position.
Masilungan lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Masilungan.
Masilungan connects with a series of strikes and the referee is calling for Garcia to escape the position.
Masilungan has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Garcia has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Masilungan is punishing Garcia with some ground and pound.
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Masilungan's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Masilungan is on top in guard.

Masilungan is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Garcia is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Well, if Masilungan is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Garcia tries to roll over but Masilungan keeps him under control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Masilungan tries to pass to full mount but Garcia defends it.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Jed Masilungan will probably get the nod.

Masilungan lands a jab.
Garcia throws the left hand but Masilungan avoids the punch easily.
Garcia scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Garcia stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Masilungan takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Masilungan goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Masilungan has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Garcia to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Masilungan is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Garcia pulls down on the head and he's put Masilungan to sleep! This one is all over!
