The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Carter forces State Jr. back against the cage and clinches.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that State Jr. has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

State Jr. manages to break the clinch.
State Jr. throws a jab but it's blocked by Carter.
Carter tries to clinch but State Jr. moves out of range.
The fighters circling - Carter throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
State Jr. misses with a two punch combination.
Carter looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

and State Jr. counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Carter badly! He tries to strike back but State Jr. puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Carter out cold! Oh man, Carter will never hear the end of this one!
