Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rocky Mercurius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hazan Ali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mercurius comes to the cage accompanied by Amplifier - The Wave. Ali is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Can't Hold Us. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Johanna Lukiainen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ali attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Mercurius tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Rocky Mercurius seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ali throws a head kick but Mercurius moves out of range.
Ali attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

Mercurius checks a low kick from Ali.
Mercurius scores with a head kick. Ali tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Ali lands a nice shot that snaps Mercurius's head back.
Ali on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Mercurius. Mercurius obviously looking to wear him down.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Ali.
Mercurius feints and as Ali raises his hands in defense, Mercurius changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Mercurius working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Ali's head.
Ali has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Mercurius has passed into side control.

Mercurius has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Mercurius scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Ali to see if he's OK.

Mercurius makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ali manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Ali can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Mercurius is looking to escape.
Ali lands a couple of good shots and Mercurius has given up his back, trying to escape the position!

Mercurius has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Ali is not going to allow Mercurius to sit and survive in this position.
Mercurius is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Will Ali go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?

Mercurius manages to reverse the position and now he's in Ali's guard. Nice work there by Mercurius.

Ali lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Mercurius!

Ali prevents Mercurius from getting the reversal.

Mercurius is desperately trying to improve his position but Ali has a good base and remains in mount.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Rocky Mercurius will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Mercurius throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Mercurius moves away from the strike by Ali.
Ali misses with a wild body shot.
Mercurius turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Mercurius lands a big head kick that sends Ali to the canvas! Mercurius follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rocky Mercurius!
Rocky Mercurius really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that [WOT] GR Design - Top quality, from $10 to $150 ! logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
