The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trinaldo misses with an attempted mid kick.

Lovric scores with a one two! Trinaldo had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Lovric throws a series of punches but Trinaldo moves out of range.

Trinaldo is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Lovric's half guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Trinaldo tries to stand and escape but Lovric actually recovers to full guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Trinaldo has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Lovric to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Trinaldo is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Lovric pulls down on the head and he's put Trinaldo to sleep! This one is all over!
