Yo's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Yö - Likaiset Legendat. Sven Dufva has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Timo Yo's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Timo Yo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Sven Dufva!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, William Gold and Steven Brown.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Dufva lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Yo has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Yo and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Dufva tries for a takedown but Yo circles away easily
and Yo counters with a three punch combo that has Dufva backing up. Dufva nods at Yo to acknowledge the strikes.
Yo has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Putka in the buildup to the fight.
Yo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Yo tries to land a front kick but Dufva steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
A slapping leg kick lands for Dufva.
Yo has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Dufva.
Yo misses with a looping left.
Dufva slips a jab and a cross from Yo.
Yo misses the shot to the body.
Yo moves out of range of the body kick.
Yo on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Yo looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Dufva gets back to full guard.

Dufva looking to hit a scissor sweep but Yo is one step ahead there.

Yo avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Dufva has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Yo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dufva had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Yo defends it easily.
Yo content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Yo makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Yo lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Yo is in close to Dufva's body, working some short punches and elbows.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Dufva lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Yo!
Dufva wants to control the pace but Yo is squirming around nicely.
Yo is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Yo holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Dufva tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Dufva working his ground and pound in the gym.
Dufva can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Yo is looking to escape.
Yo is desperately trying to improve his position but Dufva has a good base and remains in mount.
Dufva sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Dufva lands a couple of good shots and Yo has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Dufva misses with an elbow to the head.

Yo just trying to survive but Dufva is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Dufva throws a strike aimed at the side of Yo's head but Yo avoids it well.
The strikes coming from Dufva are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Dufva looks up at the clock and then as Yo takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Dufva smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Dufva throws a strike aimed at the side of Yo's head but Yo avoids it well.

Dufva lands a strong strike to the head of Yo. That's dazed him! Dufva looking to finish here. Yo is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Dufva lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!

After winning the bout, Sven Dufva thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
