Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harcore Prawn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gunner Malone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Prawn's entrance music is Rock Box - Run DMC. A fine choice. Malone has chosen Jimmy Hendrix - Vodoo Child as his entrance music. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prawn lands a head kick!
Prawn takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Prawn avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Malone.
Malone takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Prawn throws a jab when Malone was well out of range.
Malone swings away with a body shot that misses
and Prawn counters by moving into the clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Prawn is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Malone pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Prawn blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Prawn tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Malone's elbow.

The fight stays on the outside here - Malone looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Prawn misses with a hook. Malone ducked under it nicely.
Prawn with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Malone to score with a decent uppercut.
Malone fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Prawn on the side of the head.
Malone moves out of range of the strikes.
Malone moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
A jab from Malone misses.
Prawn bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Prawn walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

The fighters circling - Prawn throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Prawn lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Malone falls backwards - clearly groggy! Prawn dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

After winning the bout, Harcore Prawn thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
