Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boa looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Boa is looking to pass into half guard but Barakus pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Barakus is in guard.
Barakus throws a big right hand that misses.
Boa working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Barakus doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Barakus manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Boa is trying to control the position but Barakus postures up.
Barakus tries to free his leg and advance position but Boa is retaining full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Boa looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Barakus passes into side control.
Boa struggling a bit here.
Barakus thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Barakus is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Boa is trying to escape and Barakus transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Boa is forced to tap! Nice work there by Barakus! Very nice indeed!
