Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gordus Clay!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Samuel Bellamy!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bellamy tries to clinch there but Clay circles away.
Bellamy throws a right and a left that Clay avoids nicely.
Bellamy moves in looking to clinch but Clay pushes him off.
Clay seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Bellamy misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Clay dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Bellamy throws a hook to the side of Clay's head but Clay sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Clay drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Bellamy is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Clay is controlling him well.
Clay working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bellamy is looking to regain half guard here but Clay keeps moving and retains side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bellamy is rocked!
Clay lands a strong strike to the head of Bellamy. That's dazed him! Clay looking to finish here. Bellamy is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Clay lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gordus Clay!
