The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duff closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Maudsley scores with a sloppy right hand. Duff should have avoided that one.
Maudsley scores with a hook.
Maudsley looks to land a right hand but Duff moved out of range.
A punch lands to the side of Duff 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Duff shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Maudsley pinned against the cage. Maudsley gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Maudsley is trying to get back to his feet.

Duff is trying to get an arm triangle but Maudsley is defending well.
Duff has knee on belly momentarily but Maudsley bucks him off and regains half guard.

Duff has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Maudsley after a bit of a struggle.

Duff shoots in but Maudsley avoids the takedown attempt easily.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
