Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Takanori Gomi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jan Zelenka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gomi comes to the cage accompanied by Scary. Takanori Gomi is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zelenka has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Zelenka there as he acknowledges the shot.

Gomi has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Millions Top Team in the buildup to the fight.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close round but I would say that Takanori Gomi will probably get the nod.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Zelenka working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
