The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watson turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Watson shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Rose keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Watson goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Rose tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Watson defends well and Rose ends up having to push Watson into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

I really don't envy Watson right now.
