Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Marco Polo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Astrolabio Jullio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jullio tries to land a front kick but Polo steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Jullio throws a half hearted mid kick.

Jullio fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Polo sprawls well initially but Jullio persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Polo tries to roll over but Jullio keeps him under control.
Jullio wants to take a breather but Polo is having none of it.
Polo controlling the position well.
Polo is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Jullio is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Polo!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Polo reaches up and holds on to Jullio to control the position.

Polo is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Jullio trying to control but Polo is having none of it.
Jullio takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Jullio goes for an armbar but Polo turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Polo.
Jullio is looking to stand up but Polo isn't so interested in that idea.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jullio is in trouble now - Polo has advanced to mount!
