Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Curt Hennig (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oleg Alekseev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alekseev has chosen Imperium as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hennig throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Alekseev changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hennig looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Alekseev has his foot on Hennig's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hennig works his way back into a safe position though.

Hennig has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Alekseev is working away from the top position though.
