Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chad Rowe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Chad Rowe has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Chad Rowe seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown misses with a body punch

and Rowe holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
A short right from Brown on the inside.
Brown fails to pull guard.

Brown tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Rowe just stands there and leans against the cage.
Chad Rowe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul Brown.
Brown makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Brown breaks the clinch.
We've been told by Rowe's head coaches at Immortals Fight Camp that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
A right-left combo lands from Brown.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Brown, as that shot connected.
Rowe is looking to clinch.
Brown's jab looks to have found its range, popping Rowe under the eye.

A big left from Brown misses.
Brown tests Rowe's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Paul Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brown throws a shot to the body.
Brown throws a good cross that connects.
Rowe has a takedown stuffed.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rowe avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Brown swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
The fighters circle momentarily. Brown darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Brown's coach down at ELITE GYM 47 CAP was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Brown's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Rowe tries to clinch but Brown is having none of it.
Rowe shoots in looking for a takedown. Brown tries to sprawl out of it but Rowe keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Brown manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Brown connects with a looping right hand.
Brown tries to bum rush Rowe with a series of wild strikes but Rowe uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Rowe tries to clinch up.
Brown lands a head shot.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Brown looks to land a right hand but Rowe moved out of range.
Brown throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Rowe stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Brown ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Rowe is breathing heavily.

Brown lands a big right hand that sends Rowe crashing to the mat! Brown stays standing though and waves Rowe back to his feet!

It looks like Chad Rowe has been cut.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Brown connects with a body shot.
Rowe tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Brown paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Brown cracks Rowe with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Brown has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Rowe to stand back up!

Rowe is rocked!
Brown is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Rowe had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Brown cracks Rowe with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
