Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Usain Watts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charlie Murphy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Watts might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to 9000 Watts. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watts tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Murphy was well out of range. Poor timing from Watts.
Watts throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Charlie Murphy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Watts stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Murphy.
Watts lunges at Murphy with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Murphy's hand.
Murphy lands a right hook to the body.

Murphy pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Murphy slaps away a takedown attempt from Watts, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Murphy tries to bum rush Watts with a series of wild strikes but Watts uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Watts has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Murphy finds it's way round the side to connect with Watts's head.

Watts throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Murphy tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Watts is in Murphy's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Watts drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Murphy manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Watts has Murphy in his guard.

Watts looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Murphy is defending well. Watts quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Murphy has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Watts celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
