Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Philip Negan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darth Penguin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Philip Negan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
16 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Darth Penguin!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penguin blocks a head kick by Negan.
Negan throws a body kick that misses.
Negan looks to score with a jab to the body but Penguin is just out of range.
Penguin closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
It looks like Darth Penguin has been cut.
Negan misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Penguin tries to close the distance and clinch up but Negan swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Negan misses with a lunging right hand
and Penguin moves into the clinch.
Penguin jumps guard but Negan stands there with Penguin around his waist. Penguin gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Negan's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Penguin avoids the body shot from Negan.
Negan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Penguin manages to avoid it.
Negan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Penguin stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Negan misses with a body kick.
Penguin shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Negan defends it nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Negan connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
The fight stays on the outside here - Penguin looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Penguin tries to clinch but Negan is having none of it.
Negan throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Penguin.
Penguin checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Negan lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Sloppy strikes from Negan. Those never looked like landing.
Penguin is looking to clinch but Negan is avoiding it.
Negan fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Penguin is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Negan scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Negan avoids the body shot from Penguin.
Negan is looking to slow Penguin down with leg kicks.
Negan cracks Penguin with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Penguin looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Negan finish him?
Philip Negan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Negan throws the left hand but Penguin avoids the punch easily.
Negan throws a series of punches but Penguin moves out of range.
Penguin fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Negan sprawls well initially but Penguin persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Negan is trying to stand.
Penguin is trying to control. Negan wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Penguin prevents Negan from improving his position.
Penguin looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Negan flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Penguin is trying to control. Negan wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Penguin is working for a submission of some sort.
Negan wants to control but Penguin is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Penguin tries to stand and escape but Negan is controlling the position.
Negan tries to roll over but Penguin keeps him under control.
Negan is trying to stand back up but Penguin is controlling him
Negan desperately trying to maintain half guard.
Negan makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Negan.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Penguin wants to control from the top but Negan keeps moving.
Penguin won't allow Negan to get back to his feet.
Negan wants to sweep here but Penguin controlling him for the moment.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Negan is on top in guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Penguin controls Negan momentarily but Negan frees himself.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Negan stands and throws Penguin's legs to the side, diving into side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Negan cracks Penguin with a big right hand but Penguin just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Philip Negan dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Darth Penguin's cut.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Negan feints and then cracks Penguin's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Penguin down.
Negan keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Penguin moves in looking to clinch but Negan pushes him off.
Penguin shoots in but Negan avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Negan lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Negan finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Negan throws a right and a left that Penguin avoids nicely.
Negan lands a left and a right that send Penguin crashing to the mat, dazed. Negan thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Penguin is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Negan throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Penguin.
Penguin is still on wobbly legs! Can Negan finish him?
Negan is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Penguin can do to turn this around?
Penguin tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
A head kick by Negan - that's a beauty! Penguin is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Negan can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Philip Negan!
Philip Negan bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
