The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Boggs throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Schwager Ii with a hook.
A looping hook to the body misses from Schwager Ii. Boggs does a little dance to reset his feet.

Schwager Ii moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Boggs closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Boggs digs a right hand into Schwager Ii's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Schwager Ii's gas tank.
Boggs has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Schwager Ii after a bit of a struggle.
Boggs has Schwager Ii pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Schwager Ii manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Boggs changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Schwager Ii fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Norbert Schwager Ii has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mitch Boggs.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
