Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bruno Sonova (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Noongar Fella (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sonova comes to the cage accompanied by Sleep Lullaby. Fella has chosen The Monster as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Bruno Sonova has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Fella misses with a double jab.

Bruno Sonova seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Sonova closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Sonova lands in his opponent's guard.

Sonova will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Sonova drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sonova jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Fella wants to sweep here but Sonova controlling him for the moment.
Our spies down at at The Pit inform us that Fella has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?

Sonova has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Fella should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Sonova has tightened it up now! Fella should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

Bruno Sonova decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
