Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ai Za (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Royler Bot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Royler Bot acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the ring.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Royler Bot!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, James Ackerman and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Za with a poor takedown

and Bot counters with a takedown into side control.

Bot is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Za knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Za stops Bot from passing to mount.

We've been hearing good reports from Za's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Za really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Bot has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Za!
Bot takes Za's back. Could be looking for a rear naked choke here - either way, Za is in trouble.

Bot has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Za has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Our spies down at at The Black Hand inform us that Bot has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?

Za drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Bot dives on top into guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Ai Za wasn't doing enough on the ground.

Za shoots in but Bot avoids the takedown attempt easily.
No luck for Za with that takedown attempt.
Za will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Za changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bot tries to avoid it but Za manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bot to the ground. Bot escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Bot is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Za to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Za shrugs it off.
Bot takes Za's back. Could be looking for a rear naked choke here - either way, Za is in trouble.

We're going to have a standup here because Ai Za wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
