The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magri throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Magri throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kyle throws a leg kick but Magri checks it.
Kyle turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Magri throws an overhand right that lands on Kyle's shoulder, as Kyle tries to avoid the shot.
Kyle fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Magri is out of range.
Kyle throws a head kick that misses.
Kyle misses with a head kick.
A decent looking cross lands there for Magri.
Charlie Magri seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

I was talking to Kyle's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Kyle swings for the body but Magri moves out of range.

Magri swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

A looping hook to the body misses from Magri. Kyle does a little dance to reset his feet.
Magri slips a straight right by Kyle.
Magri bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Magri lands with an uppercut that bounces Kyle off the cage and back into range.
Kyle takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Oh Kyle is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kyle fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Magri forces Kyle back against the cage and clinches.
Magri lands with a left to the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Magri creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Kyle with a big uppercut! Kyle tries to clinch up but Magri pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Kyle to the mat! Kyle covers up and Magri unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Charlie Magri!
After winning the bout, Charlie Magri thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
