Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ricardo Jabroni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and DeAngelo Suggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Jabroni might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Whatever. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, DeAngelo Suggs!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Alyssa Summers and Franklyn Lucas.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jabroni connects with a good right hand that stumbles Suggs. Suggs circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Suggs throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Jabroni sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A big left from Suggs misses.
Jabroni takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Jabroni ducks under a wild hook from Suggs.
Suggs is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Jabroni lands a jab to the head.
Suggs listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Suggs throws a jab but it's blocked by Jabroni.
Jabroni shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Suggs as he avoids it easily.
Jabroni throws a jab when Suggs was well out of range.

Suggs cracks Jabroni with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Jabroni looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Suggs finish him?

Jabroni is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Jabroni shoots in and gets a takedown into Suggs's guard.
Oh Jabroni is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Suggs keeping moving, preventing Jabroni from controlling successfully.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Suggs is on top in guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Jabroni pulls Suggs in close to prevent any damage.
Jabroni is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Jabroni is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Suggs is aware though and is defending well.
Jabroni is trying to hold Suggs in close to prevent damage but Suggs has managed to pass into half guard.
Still in half guard, Suggs seems content to control.
Jabroni is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Green Line, so we'll see if he gets out of it.
Let's hope that Suggs has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Jabroni seems to have got his legs back now.
Suggs trying to control from half guard but Jabroni is working away.

DeAngelo Suggs has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Suggs throws a nice looking combination but Jabroni bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Jabroni throws a jab when Suggs was well out of range.
Some bone on bone action there as Jabroni checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Suggs scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Jabroni misses with a body shot.
A shot to the liver by Jabroni. Beautiful body shot.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Suggs cracks Jabroni with an open hand slap.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Suggs throws an overhand right that lands on Jabroni's shoulder, as Jabroni tries to avoid the shot.
Suggs misses with a leg kick

and Jabroni counters with a shoot takedown. Suggs fights it but they end up in guard.
Jabroni is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Jabroni sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Suggs's guard.

Jabroni is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Suggs is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Ricardo Jabroni!
Ricardo Jabroni was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
