Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between José Nabijos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyson Gauge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Nabijos might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to IF I DIE TONIGHT. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nabijos just misses with a punch to the body.
Nabijos scores with a crisp jab that stopped Gauge in his tracks.
Nabijos swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Nabijos seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
José Nabijos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nabijos lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Gauge feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Nabijoss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
A kick lands to the mid section there for Gauge.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nabijos thumps Gauge with a low kick.
Nabijos lands a nice leg kick that just misses Gauge's sensitive parts.

Nabijos thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Gauge if he has to take too many more of those.
Nabijos fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Gauge checks it well.

A head kick from Gauge lands but Nabijos takes it in his stride.
A looping hook to the body misses from Nabijos. Gauge does a little dance to reset his feet.

Gauge loads up on a big right hand but Nabijos slips the punch.
Nabijos fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gauge manages to avoid it.
Nabijos dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Gauge. That did some damage!

Nabijos takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Nabijos takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Gauge takes one on the button.
Gauge has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Nabijos.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gauge wants to slow Nabijos down by chopping away at his legs.
Nabijos keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Gauge misses with a hook

and Nabijos counters with a nice double leg into guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Nabijos drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Nabijos jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Nabijos tries to free his leg and advance position but Gauge is retaining full guard.

Gauge wants to stand and escape but Nabijos is having none of it.
Nabijos throwing strikes but missing.
Nabijos's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Gauge trying to keep a closed guard but Nabijos is proving a slippery customer.
Nabijos has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Nabijos wants to pass the guard but Gauge is keeping the position.

Nabijos is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Gauge kicks Nabijos off and gets back to his feet.
Gauge lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Nabijos pivots, looking for a leg kick but Gauge is out of range and Nabijos settles back down.
Nabijos fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Gauge's corner calls for a 1-2. Gauge obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Nabijos looks to land a left hand but Gauge moved out of range nicely.

Nabijos bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Gauge lands a nice leg kick that just misses Nabijos's sensitive parts.

Nabijos dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Nabijos lands a left and a right that send Gauge crashing to the mat, dazed. Nabijos thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Gauge is rocked!

It looks like Tyson Gauge has been cut.
Nabijos pounces like a tiger and cracks Gauge with a vicious hook! Gauge is down but not out! Nabijos follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). José Nabijos!
A relieved looking José Nabijos thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
