Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Randell Sweet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Uriah Adkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Randell Sweet has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Micheangelo Fripello and Colin Fray.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sweet takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Adkins clinches up with Sweet and pushes him back against the cage.

Sweet jumps guard.
Sweet really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Adkins trying to control the position from guard on top but Sweet is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Sweet throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Sweet has a closed guard, preventing Adkins from standing up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sweet controls Adkins momentarily but Adkins frees himself.
Sweet can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Adkins controls the pace.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Adkins wants to control from the top but Sweet keeps moving.

Adkins has gone for a leg lock! Sweet slips out almost immediately though and dives into Adkins's guard.
Sweet would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Sweet will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Adkins is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Sweet defends well.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sweet passes Adkins's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Adkins is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Adkins manages to get to full guard.
Sweet trying to stand up but can't free himself from Adkins's guard.
Sweet lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Adkins really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sweet. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Sweet trying to control the position from guard on top but Adkins is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Adkins manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Sweet tries to pull guard but Adkins won't allow it.

Adkins turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Sweet wants to control but Adkins postures up.

Adkins goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Sweet rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Adkins's guard! Nice work there by Sweet!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Adkins is looking for a triangle but Sweet pushes his legs off easily.
Adkins looks winded!
Sweet trying to control but Adkins is working from the bottom.

Sweet thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Adkins controls Sweet momentarily but Sweet frees himself.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Sweet trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Uriah Adkins will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Sweet tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Adkins defends well and Sweet ends up having to push Adkins into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Adkins escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Adkins drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Adkins laying and praying for a moment but Sweet takes advantage and regains half guard.

Sweet wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Randell Sweet overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Adkins controls from within his opponent's guard.

Adkins decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Randell Sweet is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Sweet gets tackled into the cage by Adkins. Adkins maintains the clinch.

Adkins wants the takedown. Sweet is fighting it off but Adkins persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Sweet's guard against the cage.

Adkins not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Adkins has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Sweet to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Adkins is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Sweet pulls down on the head and he's put Adkins to sleep! This one is all over!
