The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ONeal wants to clinch up but Barbossa keeps it at a distance.
Barbossa throws a hook but ONeal avoids it easily.
ONeal shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Barbossa as he jumps to the side.
ONeal doesn't manage to clinch there - Barbossa circles away.
Barbossa misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from ONeal.
Barbossa avoids a punch combination nicely.
Barbossa lands a nice shot to the body.
Barbossa throws a right and a left that ONeal avoids nicely.
Barbossa connects with a superb combination that knocks ONeal out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Barbossa before he can land any more shots to the unconscious ONeal!

After the fight, Xavier Barbossa was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
