Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mick Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Kyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kyle has chosen For Whom The Bell Tolls as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kyle pivots, looking for a leg kick but Diaz is out of range and Kyle settles back down.
Kyle ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Diaz moves away.
Diaz pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Diaz works Kyle's body with a nice hook.
Kyle waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Diaz.
Diaz turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Diaz slips under a jab from Kyle.

The fighters circle momentarily. Diaz darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

It looks like Chris Kyle has been cut.
Diaz throws a leg kick but Kyle sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Diaz lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Kyle has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Kyle and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Diaz ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kyle moves away.
No joy there for Diaz, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A telegraphed right hand from Diaz misses the target.
Diaz comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Diaz.

Kyle dives in and scores a takedown into Diaz's guard.
Diaz wants to get back to his feet but Kyle is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The referee warns Diaz that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kyle moves out of range as Diaz throws a body kick.
Diaz uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kyle.

Kyle fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Diaz manages to avoid it.
Diaz connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Kyle takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Chris Kyle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Kyle looks to score with a jab to the body but Diaz is just out of range.
Kyle dives in and grabs Diaz's left leg, looking for a takedown. Diaz pushes down on Kyle's head and hops out.

Kyle closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Kyle wants to lay and pray for a moment but Diaz keeps working.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Horrible takedown by Kyle or perhaps it was just good defense by Diaz which made him look bad.
Mick Diaz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chris Kyle.
