Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 35 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Kane Yamada!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Roger Kint!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Ryoma Takatsuka and Paul Gruel.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kint takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Yamada lets loose with a powerful body kick. Kint will feel that in the morning.
Kint avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Yamada throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kint lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Kint shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Yamada sprawls well. Yamada wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kint gets slowly back to his feet.

Kint has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Yamada regains guard immediately.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Kint takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Kint tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Yamada swivels and escapes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Kint can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Yamada is looking to escape.
Yamada tries to reverse the position but Kint maintains control.
Yamada's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Kint wants to take Yamada's back but he can't do it this time.

Kint jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Yamada manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Yamada is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Kint is controlling him well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Yamada throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Kane Yamada.
I think Kint has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
