Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ira Stein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Onizuka Stresemann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stresemann is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Takashi Sorimachi - Poison . I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Onizuka Stresemann was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

With a record of 13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Onizuka Stresemann!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Stein misses the target.
A slow jab from Stresemann misses its intended target.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Stein, as that shot connected.


It looks like Onizuka Stresemann has been cut.
Stein misses the shot to the body.
Stein misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Stein pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Stresemann defending well as Stein loads up on a big left hand.
Stein lands the left hand.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stein throws a lazy right hand but Stresemann sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Stresemann swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

and Stein connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Stein drops Stresemann with a beautiful combination! Stresemann stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Stein is looking for the KO!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Stresemann moves away from the strike by Stein.
Stein throws a right and a left that both miss.
Stein throws out a loose jab but Stresemann uses good head movement to avoid it.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Stresemann has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Stresemann loads up on a big right hand but Stein slips the punch.

Stresemann throws a jab when Stein was well out of range.

Stein throws a hook but Stresemann blocks it.

Stresemann moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Stresemann throws a shot from downtown. Stein moves away and avoids it.
Nice straight punches there by Stresemann. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Stresemann.

Stein is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Stresemann drops Stein with a big left hand! Stein is injured, injured bad! Stresemann jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
