The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schwager Ii throws a one two combo.
A combination from Schwager Ii does no damage.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hitman.
Hitman tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Schwager Ii defends well and Hitman ends up having to push Schwager Ii into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Hitman blocks an uppercut.
Schwager Ii throws a punch but it's blocked by Hitman.

Schwager Ii misses with a hook from the clinch.

Schwager Ii swings wildly with an uppercut but Hitman uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hitman fails to pull guard.
Norbert Schwager Ii has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bruce Hitman.
Schwager Ii is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Schwager Ii is pressed up against the cage. Hitman has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Schwager Ii down to the mat. Schwager Ii avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Hitman shoots in for a takedown but Schwager Ii shows good takedown defense.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Schwager Ii throws the left hand but Hitman avoids the punch easily.
Schwager Ii definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Schwager Ii lands a big uppercut and Hitman crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Hitman looks OK. Schwager Ii waves Hitman back to his feet!

and Hitman counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Hitman is still on wobbly legs! Can Schwager Ii finish him?

Schwager Ii throws a punch but it's blocked by Hitman.
Hitman goes for a takedown attempt but Schwager Ii pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Hitman seems to have recovered his senses.
Schwager Ii cracks Hitman with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Hitman falls to his knees and Schwager Ii doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
