Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Frank Hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Uadab Raiuga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hammer comes to the cage accompanied by Slippin. Frank Hammer is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Uadab Raiuga!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Donatello Bradman and Summer Carpenter.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammer misses with a takedown attempt - Raiuga sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Hammer ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Raiuga moves away.
Hammer dodges the punch combination from Raiuga.
Hammer takes one on the button.
Raiuga misses with a double jab.
Hammer tries to clinch up.
Hammer is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Raiuga.

Hammer feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Raiuga has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at The Gym. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

Raiuga lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hammer circles away quickly and effectively.

That was a close second round but I would say that Frank Hammer will probably get the nod.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Raiuga wants to stand and escape but Hammer is having none of it.
We've been hearing that Hammer has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Hammer stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Raiuga swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Raiuga sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Hammer is taking a breather. Raiuga says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Uadab Raiuga has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Frank Hammer.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Hammer, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
