Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kim Jong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akihito Tatsuhiko Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jong comes into the arena with Nobody Nobody blaring out of the sound system. Tatsuhiko Jr has chosen EYE OF THE TIGER as his entrance music. Kim Jong could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Akihito Tatsuhiko Jr's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 28 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Akihito Tatsuhiko Jr!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Eliza Hachem and John Mangel.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Jong.
Kim Jong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tatsuhiko Jr avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Jong has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Sydney Elite Systems in the buildup to the fight.
Jong throws a head kick that misses.
Tatsuhiko Jr shoots in but no luck this time.

Tatsuhiko Jr drives through with a takedown into guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Tatsuhiko Jr trying to control but Jong is working from the bottom.
Tatsuhiko Jr preventing the sweep.
Jong manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Tatsuhiko Jr manages to get himself to full guard.
Tatsuhiko Jr is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Jong is controlling him.
Tatsuhiko Jr is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Tatsuhiko Jr scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Tatsuhiko Jr drops an elbow to the side of Jong's head.
Tatsuhiko Jr slips a nice elbow through Jong's hands, connecting with Jong's forehead.
Jong is staying active underneath Tatsuhiko Jr, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Jong is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Tatsuhiko Jr pulls his head out easily.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Tatsuhiko Jr lands a nice short elbow.

Jong wants to improve his position but Tatsuhiko Jr is controlling well.
Tatsuhiko Jr is looking to take a break and control but Jong is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Jong regains full guard. Nicely done.

Jong is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Tatsuhiko Jr working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.

Jong working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Tatsuhiko Jr doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Tatsuhiko Jr manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Tatsuhiko Jr stands up over Jong, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Jong has momentary wrist control but Tatsuhiko Jr slips an elbow through the middle.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Tatsuhiko Jr avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Tatsuhiko Jr is in close to Jong's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Jong looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Tatsuhiko Jr is working Jong over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Jong will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Tatsuhiko Jr is working Jong over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Jong has his feet on Tatsuhiko Jr's thighs here. He's pushed Tatsuhiko Jr off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Tatsuhiko Jr screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Kim Jong!
Kim Jong opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
Akihito Tatsuhiko Jr spoke after the fight, saying 'The better man won tonight. Thanks to everyone who believes in me and the FANS!'.
