The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hong takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Hong takes a kick to the side of the head.
Jones moves away from the strike by Hong.
Jones throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.

Hong moves into the clinch successfully.
Hong swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Hong tries a knee to the head but Jones blocks it.
Jones throws a punch but it's blocked by Hong.
Jones misses with a hook from the clinch.
Hong looking to throw knees to the head but Jones is blocking nicely.
Hong presses Jones against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Hong tries to work over Jones's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Jones throws a punch but it's blocked by Hong.

Jones pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Jones takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Jones scores with a one two! Hong had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Hong tried to score with a low kick but Jones checks it.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jones on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Hong fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jones manages to avoid it.
Some bone on bone action there as Jones checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Hong sizes up Jones with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Jones on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Hong. Hong obviously looking to wear him down.

and Hong counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Hong.

Hong makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Jones is rocked!
Jones's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Jones is still on wobbly legs! Can Hong finish him?
Hong blocks an uppercut.
Hong lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Jones.
Hong digs a right hand underneath Jones's ribcage. Jones let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Hong cracks Jones with a nice body shot.
Hong pushes Jones against the cage. Hong is working some dirty boxing. Hong pushes off with a quick right hook! Jones goes down! Jones tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Hong moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
