The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fray has his foot on Hamps's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hamps works his way back into a safe position though.

Fray is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Fray drops back, looking for a kneebar! Hamps looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Hamps looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Hamps!
A lull in the action here as Hamps stalls from top position.
Fray tries to bench press Hamps off him but Hamps keeps the position.

Fray leaves Hamps with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Fray has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Hamps should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Fray has tightened it up now! Hamps should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
