Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sebasti Alvarez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommie Gunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Alvarez might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Foster The People - Pumped Up Kicks. Gunn has chosen Don't Shoot Shotgun as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Tommie Gunn told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gunn throws a leg kick but Alvarez moved away.
Gunn takes the fight into the clinch.
Gunn tries a body shot but Alvarez blocks it.
Gunn makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Alvarez misses with a punch to the body.
Gunn working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Gunn creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Alvarez breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
The fighters circle momentarily. Gunn darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Gunn stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Gunn Throws a clean left jab. Gunn Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Alvarez's chin! Alvarez crumbles to the ground and Gunn follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Gunn!
