Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jason Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ron Burgundy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ron Burgundy will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burgundy works Li's body with a nice hook.

Burgundy gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Li to score an easy takedown into full guard.

We've been hearing that Li has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Li wants to control from the top but Burgundy keeps moving.

We're going to have a standup here because Jason Li wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Burgundy thuds a left hand into Li's body.
Li closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Burgundy drops Li with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Li looks back up at him and smiles so Burgundy waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Li is rocked!

It looks like Jason Li has been cut.
Li circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Burgundy. Li falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Burgundy!
