Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Murat Orgun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeremy Renner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Renner has chosen Little Pills as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jeremy Renner!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Dillan Fox and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Orgun closes this distance looking for a takedown but Renner circles away.
Orgun misses with a jab, cross combination.
Orgun misses with a hook. Renner ducked under it nicely.

Renner escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Orgun tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Renner seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Orgun does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Renner misses with a head shot. Orgun uses the momentum to regain guard.
Renner seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Renner throws a strike but Orgun rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Renner is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Our spies down at at Machine Shop Training Center inform us that Renner has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?
Renner wants to get back to his feet but Orgun is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Renner is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Renner looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Orgun with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Renner is working for a submission of some sort.
Orgun is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Renner jumps into side control!
