Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mariusz Nikiel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Game Time Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nikiel comes to the ring accompanied by Krystian Pudzianowski - Slowianski wiatr. Jones has chosen Smooth Operator as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Nikiel.

Nikiel dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Jones. That did some damage!
Nikiel throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Nikiel looks to score with a jab to the body but Jones is just out of range.
Nikiel defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jones.

and Jones counters with a single leg into guard. Nikiel didn't expect that.
Jones controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Jones has hold of Nikiel's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Nikiel manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Nikiel misses with a shot to the body

Jones wants to control but Nikiel is keeping him busy.

Jones is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Nikiel looks calm but he's in trouble here. Jones gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Nikiel is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Jones lets go of the hold and Nikiel can pop his arm back in it's socket.
