Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Akio Hideyoshi!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Fujiwara.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balance tries to move into range but Hideyoshi moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Hideyoshi. Balance shrugs it off though.
Hideyoshi is looking to slow Balance down with leg kicks.
Hideyoshi lands with a thumping leg kick.

Balance is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Balance takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Hideyoshi explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Balance avoids the head kick by Hideyoshi.
Hideyoshi throws a leg kick which misses Balance's front leg but catches the back leg as Balance tries to avoid it.

Balance chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Hideyoshi can pounce on him.
Hideyoshi drops his shoulder and cracks Balance with a huge uppercut! Balance goes down! Can Hideyoshi finish him?

It looks like Uber Balance has been cut.
Hideyoshi controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Hideyoshi slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Balance seems a little lost for a moment, as Hideyoshi dominates the positioning.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hideyoshi stands up and beckons Balance to his feet.

Hideyoshi uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Hideyoshi throws a quick inside leg kick.
Hideyoshi lets loose with a powerful body kick. Balance will feel that in the morning.
Akio Hideyoshi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hideyoshi throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Balance.

Balance is rocked!
Hideyoshi lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hideyoshi lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Balance falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
