The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Laid feints and as Ulrik raises his hands in defense, Laid changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Ulrik looking for a sweep. Not yet Ulrik, not yet.
We've been hearing that Laid has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Laid accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Laid postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

It looks like Sanay Ulrik has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Laid loads up on a big left hand. Ulrik felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Laid looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Ulrik can't hide his disappointment, as Laid celebrates the victory.
