Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Zak Drezner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sevent Seagull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Drezner comes to the cage accompanied by Cypress Hill - Checkmate. Seagull has chosen Van Halen - Jump as his entrance music. Sevent Seagull has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

With a record of 22 - 15 - 3, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sevent Seagull!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seagull blocks the body kick.
Drezner walks forward, straight into a front kick from Seagull.
Seagull defending well as Drezner loads up on a big left hand.
Drezner throws an off balance right hand
and Seagull makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Drezner really felt that one!
Drezner throws a push kick but Seagull slaps the foot to one side.
Drezner keeps the fight on the outside.
Drezner misses with an uppercut
and Seagull counters with a nice body kick.
Drezner misses with a left hand
and Seagull counters with a nice low kick that buckles Drezner's knee momentarily.
Seagull scores with a push kick.
Drezner throws a nice looking combination but Seagull bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Seagull tries to work over Drezner's front leg with a kick but Drezner checks it.
Drezner throws an off balance right hand
and Seagull counters with a good low kick that Drezner was not able to check.

and Seagull counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Drezner thinking.

Seagull tries to land a front kick but Drezner steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Seagull is looking to slow Drezner down with leg kicks.

Drezner throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Drezner has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Not Yours in the buildup to the fight.
Drezner works Seagull's body with a nice hook.
Zak Drezner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Seagull counters with a nice leg kick.
Seagull scores with a crisp jab that stopped Drezner in his tracks.
Seagull throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Drezner misses with an uppercut.
Drezner moves out of range of the body kick from Seagull.
Drezner misses with a body kick.
Seagull uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Drezner.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Seagull.

Seagull has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Seagull slips under a jab.
A looping hook to the body misses from Drezner. Seagull does a little dance to reset his feet.

Drezner clinches up with Seagull and pushes him back against the cage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Seagull creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Seagull scores with a hook to the body.
Drezner lands a knee to the head.
Seagull is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Drezner is keeping busy.
Drezner tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Drezner blocks an uppercut.
Drezner trying to control the position but instead, Seagull has worked for underhooks and has pushed Drezner into the cage.

Seagull working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Seagull lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Drezner is stalling here.
A frustrated look appears on Drezner's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Seagull tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Drezner's elbow.

Drezner tries to break the clinch but Seagull is controlling the position.
Drezner wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Seagull has him pressed against the cage.
Drezner misses with the head strike.

Seagull takes an elbow to the temple.
Drezner controlling the action here for a moment.
Seagull on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Seagull throws a punch but it's blocked by Drezner.
Drezner prevents a body shot from Seagull.
Seagull keeps control of Drezner as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Seagull lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Drezner breaks from the clinch.
Drezner tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Seagull manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Seagull feints and then cracks Drezner's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Drezner down.
Drezner swings for the body but Seagull moves out of range.
Drezner darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Seagull takes one to the side of the head.
Drezner misses with a body kick.
Drezner misses with an uppercut
and Seagull counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Seagull slips a jab and a cross from Drezner.
Drezner is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Seagull's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Drezner doesn't manage to clinch there - Seagull circles away.
Drezner throws the kick towards the body but Seagull avoids it.
Drezner throws a leg kick
and Seagull counters with a flying knee. Nice.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sevent Seagull dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Drezner misses with a head kick.
Seagull lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Seagull misses with a straight right.
Drezner throws a leg kick
and Seagull counters with a solid body kick.
Drezner takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Seagull lands with a hook. Drezner tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Drezner is rocked!
Drezner misses with a hook to the body
and Seagull scores with a counter punch that sends Drezner to the canvas! Seagull smells blood - he's punishing Drezner with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Drezner has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sevent Seagull!
